4-Hour Introduction to Permaculture

How do I reserve a slot?

To reserve your seat, simply complete the registration form and settle either the full registration fee or the required reservation deposit which is 50%. Your slot will be confirmed once payment has been received and acknowledged by the organizers.

Yes. We accept a 50% reservation deposit to confirm your slot. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of the seminar during registration. Please note that reservations are confirmed on a first-paid, first-served basis due to limited seating.

The registration fee is non-refundable once payment has been made. This policy allows us to finalize venue arrangements, training materials, and participant allocations in advance.

If the replacement seminar has a higher registration fee, only the price difference will need to be paid. Requests for seminar credit should be made at least seven (7) working days before the event.

Yes. You may transfer your registration to another participant at no additional cost, provided that you notify the organizers at least one (1) working day before the seminar and provide the complete name and contact details of the substitute participant.

No. To encourage active participation and protect the intellectual property of the facilitators, the seminar will not be recorded nor will recordings be distributed after the event. Participants are encouraged to attend the entire session to maximize the learning experience.

Yes. Participants will receive printed handouts and a digital copy of the presentation materials after the seminar whenever applicable.

Yes. Participants who attend the seminar will receive a Certificate of Participation issued by Cesar E. Santos Real Estate Academy.

It serves as an eye-opening introduction and helps participants determine whether they would like to pursue the more comprehensive Permaculture Design Certification (PDC) in the future.
